From commercial space to advanced wireless applications, our custom high-reliability products are integral to the complex operations of major Satellite, Radar, Navigation, Communications, Electronic Warfare, and Missile Systems Applications. 

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join our team who will be responsible for direct sale of company products within the US and globally.

Responsibilities:

• Create and present technical and strategic presentations to customers and partners; evaluate feedback to recommend strategies for future product and solution    offerings.
• Forecast, budget and meet annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement website marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
• Call on prospective customers in person, provide technical information and recommend product and system solutions.
• Business development; build and manage customer relationships.
• Responsible for maintaining contact with existing clients through regular visits and phone calls.
• Identify growth areas and recommend expansion of product offering for customers.
• Participate in strategic cost/price analysis for new projects and evaluate manufacturing strategies as required.
• Negotiate sales closure and manage from submittal through delivery.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for customers and responsible for other miscellaneous administrative duties.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure customer project requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Must have 5 years military electronics experience and 10 years sales management experience.
• Must have strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience required.

Sr. Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing and balancing accounts receivable and accounts payable records on a daily basis.
  • Perform weekly check run.
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Reviews sales and use tax information to ensure proper application of tax regulations and accruals.
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Alternate processing and reconciling of A/R and/or A/P month end/year end closure.
  • Provide accounting and day-to-day administrative support including a wide variety of routine and complex assignments requiring significant judgment and initiative.
  • Other duties as assigned.  

Qualifications:

  • Must be familiar with all aspects of A/R and A/P. 
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Must have strong problem-solving, organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Must know 10-key by touch and have a working knowledge of Excel and MS Word.
  • Requires a high school education and 5+ years of related experience, including knowledge of basic accounting policies.

RF Engineer
We are expanding our product line and are seeking a RF Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be responsible for carrying out RF developments in one or more of the following areas: RF control components (including RF switches, phase shifters, limiters, up converters, down converters etc.), high power amplifiers, transceivers/multi-assemblies, high power radar transmitters/sub-systems.
  • Will be required to review customer SCDs and effectively work with other design professionals to carry out RF development tasks and meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Must have extensive design experience in RF/Microwave products and broad knowledge of RF systems.
  • Must be proficient in ADS and Auto CAD.
  • Experience in meeting rugged military requirements and hands-on RF experience is a plus.
  • Must have Superior communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • BS degree and 5+ years experience is required for this position.
